A London based niche tech-professions recruitment agency was looking for a smarter way to identify relevant candidates from professional social networks. The challenge was that a substantial part of the previous process was labor intensive and required time to identify suitable candidates.


Solution

A proprietary tailored web scraper was developed. Our team implemented a complex system that allows scraping LinkedIn profiles by specific search criteria, scraping each company details in the profile work history, and structuring the obtained data to enable business applications on it.
